I am selling a pair of Linkwitz Orion 4 Speakers in near perfect condition. These are the very speakers that the SFAS (now SFAF) used when meeting in person at the Hilltop Village in Richmond, before the pandemic quashed in-person meetings. They were built by Don Naples of Wood Artistry in 2015; I bought them from Don in 2020. The hardwood used is Bubinga (African Rosewood).
Included with the speakers is a completely NEW analog signal processor, newly constructed by Don when the original ASP was found to have a failed op-amp. The ASP has both XLR and RCA inputs.

I am including the ATI AT528nc 8-channel amplifier that I used with the Orion 4’s (each speaker requires 4 channels of amplification; at the SFAS events, the speakers were powered by Pass Labs amps).

A year ago I built a pair of Linkwitz LX521 speakers, which is why I am now selling the Orions. If you’re interested, I can set up the Orion 4’s next to the LX521’s for comparison.
The Orion 4’s originally sold for $14,750, the ATI amp $3,995. I will sell everything for $9,000; the speakers without amp, $7,500.
The speakers weigh 85 lbs. each, the ATI amp + cables weigh around 80 lbs. The ASP weight is negligible. If shipping, buyer must pay shipping costs.
